My oldest daughter, Oksana, has been experimenting with MP soap. She loves to make soaps and she uses molds that I have on hand. I am using a goats milk base soap from Whole Sales Supplies Plus.
A friend of ours gave us a bundle of plastic soap molds and so we decided to experiment with MP and plastic molds.

It was just as easy to get soap out of plastic molds as it is silicone molds. I have heard many plastic mold stories that vary from a “piece of cake” to “wrestling” with the soap. I will say that it was 5 days before we took the soap out of the mold. We poured in our basement. Our basement is not heated and is a good 60 degrees. I do feel the cooler temperature made getting the soap out easier.
