Have you noticed that when you write for an extended period of time you get a bit frustrated, tired and uninspired? That is about the time you start to ramble, your sentences aren’t making any sense, you start writing in circles to get your point across.

Maybe you are on a deadline or it is on your to-do list and you feel you cannot stop writing. Actually the sad factor is that writing while tired, frustrated and uninspired is more time wasted than gained. You have to go back and instead of making a few changes you have to rewrite the whole thing.

Take breaks between chunks of writing. You will come back refreshed and ready to write more. This technique will greatly boost your productivity. Isn’t that what you want? A boost in productivity. Your mind can rest between sessions and this will help bring clarity to your thinking. This makes the whole writing process faster, easier and imporoved.

Believe it or not, but forced writing is easy to spot. It sounds forced and most people won’t continue to read your content to the end because forced writing usually doesn’t make any sense. Take breaks. The quality of your writing will much improved and the end product will sound fluent and relevant to your content.
