August Silicone Candle & Soap Molds

by dawnaurora on August 12, 2009

plantains Plantains anyone? It has been awhile since I have had any new molds. When the kids went on their summer break I unintentionally took mine. I didn’t mean to, but we just starting doing everything under the sun together.

I come to you rejuvenated and alive. I have had some ideas up my sleeve that I have been working on.

Let’s take a peak.

Your Iron Skillet Silicone Mold
I have seen these iron skillets used for candle containers, but where I look the actual iron skillets are expensive. So, I figured I would make a complete wax iron skillet. I just love how it turned out.

Poppy Soap Silicone Mold
I drive by a small bank that is completely filled with poppies. The poppies were a wonderful burst of red and brightened my day whenever I drove by.

Primitive Wooden Treenware
I have had this wooden treenware piece for over a year. I actually have been wanting to make it into a mold. Here it is. The treenware container makes a great dish.

Hi Carol,
Thanks so much. I can add that to your order the poppy. I made the poppy soap and it came out so neat.

Many Blessings,

Hi Dawn,
Just absolutely love the skillet! The poppy is very cute, did you add that to my order?
I can’t wait for the banana mold to get here and really love the Treenware. Very sharp!
