Contest: Silicone Candle Or Soap Mold Drawing

by dawnaurora on December 18, 2009

merry christmas

I haven’t thrown a contest in quite awhile. December is a great month to get the monthly contest ball rolling. Come and join in the fun and see what silicone mold could be arriving at your house. ;)

Vote on the poll below and then leave a comment in the comment box.  A little tip about the comment box.  If you leave your blog address as your URL then your last blog post will show up in the comments.  Everyone else will be able to see your blog title.  I would enjoy reading some of your latest blogs.

Please even leave multiple answers. The poll will end December 24 at 12:00 p.m. and I will draw a name out of a hat for the winning silicone mold.

Many Blessings,
Dawn

You may have to explain the rooster votive mold a bit more. Would it be a votive with a rooster etched or a votive that looks like a rooster. I have never seen one. I think that is a cool idea.
I have noticed that you are not into prims. I do enjoy your style of candles. They are neat.
Keep your questions coming. I really enjoy them. None of them are goofy.

I enjoy primitives and flowers also. I have been wanting to do more sheep and add willow trees to my portfolio :) . I surround myself with flowers in my house. I am surprised that it has taken me this long to jump on the flower wagon

I miss having contests. I am so thrilled to be doing one this month.

Nina Bogard December 22, 2009 at 6:07 pm

I’m not really into the prim, but I would love to see a rooster votive candle mold. I dig roosters !

Thanks for the contest. I truly appreciate all your help through 2009. You always go the extra mile to answer my silly questions. You are one special lady.

Hey, thanks for the contest. I voted for the primitive style candle molds. I would love to see what the willow tree mold would look like.

dawnaurora December 19, 2009 at 12:00 am

@ Sandi. What size are those bars?
No problem with the live blog. I have missed you. You have to tell me how things are going with your selling blog.

Robin December 18, 2009 at 10:28 pm

do you have tulip molds?

dawnaurora December 18, 2009 at 9:38 pm

I have been also wanting to make those. Glad you said something. I have wanted to do it with soaps in like a bamboo texture. I think that would be so cool. What kind of texture are you looking for?

sandi December 18, 2009 at 9:25 pm

Dawn sorry missed the live blog I love all my molds from you. One thing I would love is a big sheet mold that has indentions where you cut the bars. the ones I have purchased in the past were plastic and the broke and cracked when you removed the slab.
Bet others would like this type too, Maybe one that can make 18- 24 bars.
