We answered questions about candle and soap making, other avenues of selling candles and soaps , marketing, website questions and more.
When I first started selling candles and products I felt bad about making suggestions on other candles and products customers may enjoy. I let many customers walk away potentially giving their business to other entrepreneurs that were not bashful to suggest their products.
Do you fall into the category of apologetic selling? Apologetic selling is a style of selling where you feel sorry or are afraid to make suggestions about your great products and potentially earn a sale from them.
